Another Way Workshop breaks down the four different leadership designs, their core needs, and how they each best market, enroll/launch, and support selling out their offers without selling themselves out. We also spend an hour breaking down bro marketing, how it hides in new age business—and how you can move forward in your business moving human first in sales, marketing, and putting your art/creation/offer forward.

My wife Sara and I created the leadership designs to support entrepreneurs in better understanding how their practices can work around their trauma, lived experience, privilege, or lack thereof, and what it means to support their whole humanity in their work.
